Sales & Admin Negotitor – With a passion for property and a knack for negotiation, I thrive as a Sales Admin and Negotiator in the real estate market. I love guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives—whether it’s finding their forever home or securing a smart investment. Lettings Administrator -As a Lettings Administrator my role entails everything except meeting the client at the property and conducting the viewing. The role is to make sure the best candidates for a property get booked in for viewings, liaison between offers received and landlords on which offer to accept, and then everything from getting referencing done to the final appointment to come and collect their keys on move in day. Although there are plenty of things that happen behind the scenes as well to ensure that we are on top of everything else too. I love my job as I am a people’s person and love to share in the
happiness of matching tenants with their new homes.
Sales Administrator – I play a key role in ensuring a seamless property sales process. I liaise with solicitors to manage sales progress and updates, handle client queries, and coordinate sales calls, viewings, and valuations. My responsibilities also include assisting with valuation reports, arranging photography for newly listed properties, maintaining the shared drive, and overseeing Street and Enquiry Centre tasks. Additionally, I manage emails, generate and follow up on invoices upon completion, and provide any other necessary support. As the go-to person for all sales clients, I ensure smooth communication and transfer relevant matters to the lettings team when needed. With a bubbly and approachable personality, I thrive in a fast-paced environment and love engaging with clients to provide exceptional service.
Zendesk and Technical Support – I am a Zendesk specialist and technical support professional with experience in handling support tickets for both end users and internal teams. I specialise in troubleshooting issues, streamlining support processes, and ensuring efficient resolution of technical and service-related concerns. My role involves managing ticket workflows, and providing solutions that enhance user experience and operational effectiveness. By leveraging my expertise I strive to improve customer satisfaction, reduce downtime, and contribute to a more efficient and well-organised support system.
Lead Generator – My role focuses on reaching out to UK property owners, landlords and tenants in the Residential Property Market and generating bookings/viewings for a potential property to be put on the market. My role also includes making market updates to keep potential buyers and sellers informed about what is happening within the property market. My main goal is to ensure I book as many viewings as possible so I am able to bring more business to my client.
Rental & Sales Administrator – My role within the company is to make sure that all administrative work is complete and up to date and to assist those who are overloaded with work and need my help to ease the workload off of them. I’m make sure that the utilities are up to date and follow up everyday with the companies to ensure I receive the correct bills to load onto the system for payment. I also help the rentals manager with the onboarding to ease the work on his shoulders so that when he is ready to advertise the properties that it is not a hassle for him to do so. On the sale side I make sure that the professional photos and all necessary documents that needed to be loaded onto the system is done before drafting of the property begins. I do so much more within this company to assist wherever I can to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
